Solomon is a hard working student who loves to go to church and student religion. He is from a large family who cannot support his education.

Patrick's father, the sole breadwinner, is permanently bedridden with sickness leaving him with no financial backing to continue with his education.

Ellam is a bright orphan who needs support to continue with his studies after losing both his parents to HIV.

John enjoys reading and religion. His parents are farmers and cannot afford school fees.He is constantly out of school because they lack the ability to pay.

Mutheu is the fifth born child from a family of 6 children. Her parents rely on casual jobs to sustain the family. Despite being sent home due to school levies every now and then, she has remained resolved towards achieving her dream of becoming a teacher. Mutheu believes that knowledge is power and she wants to pass it to students to end illiteracy in the rural areas. She also wants to empower students to attain their dream careers and occupations so as to improve their livelihoods. During her free time, she likes to read novels.

Joshua is the first born in a family of three. He lives with both his parents who are currently jobless. His parents lost their jobs during the pandemic. His parents' savings have been totally consumed by taking care of his ailing grandmother. He would like to be a doctor to help in alleviating pain from those suffering from various ailments. He believes that possibilities are endless as long as one is determined.

Davis is the second born in a family of six. He completed his primary school education and passed very well in his national examinations. His parents deserted the family and he and his siblings are currently living with their aged grandmother who is unable to work. Davis is a determined young boy who wants to be a meteorologist to fulfill his desire of understanding the earth’s atmospheric phenomena as well as uplift his family from poverty. The encouraging words from his grandmother have propelled him to pursue his dreams and he believes that there is light at the end of the tunnel. He likes playing football during his free time.

Meshack's father is a local watchman who doesnÕt earn much but has many children whom he has failed to provide for. He needs help securing his ecucation.
